RISE (Recovery Initiatives Supporting Everyone) is a mobile outreach van that travels throughout Northampton County to provide face-to-face support for substance use and mental health needs. The RISE team connects people to assessments, treatment, case management, local resources, and harm reduction supplies such as NARCAN and wound-care kits. By meeting people where they are without judgment, RISE builds trust, reduces stigma, and reminds the community that help and hope are always within reach.
Recovery Support & Resources
RISE is able to provide clients immediate access to services and treatment facilities, putting them on the road to recovery and wellness. The Drug & Alcohol Division, through a grant from the PA Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs, offers no cost D&A Assessments and Case Management services to any Northampton County residents in need.
In addition, NARCAN kits are provided at no cost.
