The RISE Van will be stationed outside the Bethlehem Area Public Library (BAPL) to provide support and resources for individuals seeking help with substance use, treatment, recovery, mental health, and more. Visitors can access Narcan, wound care kits, and hygiene products, while a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) and Mental Health Caseworker will be on site for one-on-one support and guidance.
