The RISE Van will be at Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering (BES) to offer support and resources for guests seeking help for substance use, treatment, recovery, mental health, and more. Guests will also have access to Narcan, wound care kits, and hygiene products. A Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) will be on site to provide one-on-one support and guidance.
