The RISE Van will be at the Greater Shiloh Church Chapel Emergency Shelter to offer support and resources for guests seeking help for substance use, treatment, recovery, mental health, and more. Guests will also have access to Narcan, wound care kits, and hygiene products. A Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) and Mental Health Caseworker will be on site to provide one-on-one support and guidance.
