The RISE Van will be at Safe Harbor to offer support and resources for residents and day program attendees seeking help for substance use, treatment, recovery, mental health, and more. There will also be access to Narcan, wound care kits, and hygiene products. A Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) and Mental Health Caseworker will be on site to provide one-on-one support and guidance.
